Buy.O Procurement is part of Buy.O Group, international consulting company which dedicates itself to improving organizations business performance. The mission of the Group is to help companies to generate added value through their external resources : suppliers, customers and strategic partners.
Like all human venture, Buy.O is born in 2001 from the encounter of four personalities who are today founders and shareholders of the company: Marc Debets, Vincent Goudet, Jean-Baptiste Lendrin, Bruno Tonnelier
Strong of a significative experience in purchasing, they have first worked together within QP Group. Sharing a positive vision of purchasing and supply chain evolution in the world, they got very quickly the will to initiate strong change in the traditional consulting approach and in the positioning of purchasing within organizations.
Based on their extensive knowledge of purchasing and consulting, they have developed new practices and methodologies. They have built a strong network favourable to the development of new approaches for their customers and for the company. Buy.O is born from this encounter and this ambition. Buy.O practices are today deployed and adopted on whole continents. |

Marc Debets, Buy.O Chairman
An engineering school and MBA graduate, Marc has more than 20 years experience in purchasing and management. At first purchasing Director in the aerospace and the automotive industry, Marc has been then managing the Industrial Division of an international equipment manufacturer. To complete this strong industrial experience, he also accumulated a solid management and business development culture. For example, he has been managing the HR and IS department of a group implemented in 30 countries and led a French-Dutch Joint Venture.
Thanks to his experience in purchasing and management, Marc works on purchasing strategic issues. In close collaboration with Executive Management, he develops purchasing strategies and their alignment on corporate objectives. He supports also worldwide organizations in critical moments (merger and acquisition, reorganization, outsourcing strategies…). In parallel, since 2004, Marc chairs the MEDEF purchasing commision composed by numerous CAC40 purchasing Directors.

Vincent Goudet, Buy.O Partner
Holding an engineering degree completed with a master in purchasing, Vincent started his career in an engineering services group for the oil industry. In this company he has been successively in charge of capex purchasing and supply chain management. Prior to joining Buy.O, Vincent worked as a purchasing manager for a Construction worldwide leader where he has been designing and implementing the group strategy for purchasing globalization. Today, Vincent is leading training, facilitation and coaching missions with a number of international clients wishing to transform their purchasing and supply chain organizations. His solid competences in managing multifonctionnal and multicultural teams also allow him to drive complex projects such as the development of global supply chain strategies or the creation of functional outsourcing strategies.

Jean-Baptiste Lendrin, Buy.O Partner
Jean-Baptiste is a finance and business graduate. He completed his studies with a purchasing master degree. Before joining Buy.O, Jean-Baptiste first worked as a Purchasing Project Manager within an international industrial services group. He then moved on to work for an international telecommunications operator. In this role he was responsible for buying network strategic equipments and for the management of strategic suppliers relationships. Currently, Jean-Baptiste is supporting a range of international customers facilitating cost reduction and performance improvement programmes as well as managing transformation and outsourcing projects. Throughout his missions, he developped an extensive expertise in conducting clients purchasing diagnostics and creating purchasing business plans. Jean-Baptiste is also in charge of the management and the development of Buy.O IP. |

Bruno Tonnelier, Buy.O Partner
After having graduated from a business school and a master in purchasing, Bruno first worked as a supply and purchasing manager in South-East Asia in a telecom equipments manufacturing plant. Before joining Buy.O, he was in charge of managing purchasing at a telecom equipment group. In this role he has been particularly exposed to production and stocks management when leading the SAP implementation. Currently, Bruno manages the purchasing function transformation within the secondary and tertiary sector (petrochemicals, financial services, automotive, health).
He plays a major role in the creation and delivery of training programmes for all actors of the purchasing function. Bruno supports numerous organizations in the creation and the implementation of purchasing strategies. He also leads a range of IT purchasing systems implementation projects.
