Bruno is one of the four founders of Buy.O Procurement, an international consulting company fully dedicated to procurement and supply chain function. Prior to joining BUY.O, Bruno was a project leader for an ERP implementation program for a telecommunication equipment manufacturer, in charge of manufacturing and procurement practices. Prior to that, he was purchasing and procurement manager in Asia Pacific for a large telecom equipment manufacturing plant. His main tasks were to develop sourcing programs in the Far East and to ensure technology transfer.

In his current role, Bruno’s major areas of focus consist on managing large procurement transformation programs for international companies in various business sectors: Food industry, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Healthcare, Bank and Insurance, etc…
 

In his assignments as Director, he manages significant programs with comprehensive organization diagnosis associated with the design of the global transformation program. He then leads the implementation in all its dimensions: performance management, organization, processes, information systems and people & skills development.
