Buy.O strategic management model was created to achieve three major objectives:

  • Listen to customers in order to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that Buy.O’s evolution is aligned with markets development.
  • Develop a global vision and a unique Corporate culture.

There are two Steering Committees:


1) The Buy.O Executive Committee

This committee includes all the Buy.O market leaders, as well as the Buy.O Corporate Managers (IT, Marketing Communication, R&D, University,…) . It meets twice a year. Its responsibilities are to:

  • Share all relevant information related to Buy.O,
  • Develop and implement the strategy for Buy.O’s growth within the global market,
  • Define the research programs most suitable to support business,
  • Pilot Marketing and Communication activities,
  • Select Buy.O’s strategic business development activities


2) The Buy.O Advisory Council

This committee includes our key customers Executives and recognized business leaders. We work as a team
to anticipate the upcoming changes in terms of procurement consulting as well as to identify the critical evolutions
within the procurement disciplines that may influence our positioning and service offering.

Three departments have been created to support Buy.O’s International growth:

  • Buy.O Next
  • Buy.O Marketing and & Communication
  • Buy.O University
   
  Buy.O Next : R&D and Intellectual Property (IP) Development
 
 

This department supports all activities related to IP development and future practices.
The IP development strategy relies upon:

  • Dedicated teams to Buy.O Next
  • Dedicated R&D teams from different Universities working for Buy.O on innovative practices

Buy.O Next is also in charge of analyzing competitive intelligence and creating survey programs.

To support Buy.O international network and development, Buy.O Marketing & Communication mission
is to deliver services to :

  • Internationally develop Buy.O’s brand image through communication campaigns and participation
    in international events
  • Update our product offer structure to fit market demand
  • Provide communication tool kits to the Buy.O Organization
  • Streamline customers communication
   
  Buy.O University:
 
 

All consultants attend the BuyO University “boot camp” and receive on-going training to :

  • become familiar with BuyO’s IP and consulting techniques,
  • be proficient in making sales presentations,
  • learn from customers real life experiences,
  • analyze Buy.O business cases and market data

This training program is key for achieving optimal efficiency in delivering and
developing high value consulting activities.
