Graduate from a Business or an Engineering School, you are open-minded and have demonstrated strong analysis and synthesis abilities. You are fluent in English and wish to work in an international environment.
Our policy is to hire only a few trainees and coach them during their training period. As a result, some of them will be offered long term job opportunities.

Junior/Senior Consultant
Graduate from a Business or an Engineering School, you have between 1 to 3 years or 4 to 7 years experience in procurement or in an international consulting company. You are self-driven in managing a project and a mission. You have already led international missions and you are fluent in English.

Director
Graduate from a Business or an Engineering School, you have more than 7 years experience in an international strategic consulting company.
You appreciate the relation with the customer and dare for challenges.
In charge of a team, you have managed projects and complex missions within an international context. Your have leadership and have a strong experience of team and project management. You are recognized for your strong analytical and synthesis skills, ability to work with a high degree of independence as well as for your will to take initiative.
You are fluent in English.

Country Leader/Manager
Coming from the audit and consulting area or after a senior management position in an international company, you wish to develop our consulting business in a given market.
Your business experience associated with your market knowledge gives you the opportunity to become a Buy.O Country or Market Leader. As a Country or Market Leader :
- You will manage the customer relationship and the business development
- You will manage your delivery team and take care of customer’s satisfaction.
- P&L will be under your responsibility.
